Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) has been traditionally used as food spice for centuries. Saffron needs a very particular weather condition – dry & cold regions with altitude > 1000m which is perfect in Iran. Approximately 230,000 saffron flowers are required to make 1KG of saffron stigma. Each saffron contains only 3 stigmas & the entire harvesting process must be done by hand to preserve its content, hence making it one of the most expensive and valuable ingredients in the world. Eyebrite uses the exclusive Sargol Grade saffron stigma, which is reddest in colour with highest amount of crocins – carotenoid derivatives essential for eye health.
MaQxanTM Marigold Extract provides lutein and zeaxanthin which are essential for macular pigment and cannot be synthesised by human body. Hence must be replenished from the diet. Haematococcus pluvialis is a natural source of Astaxanthin. Astaxanthin is a naturally occurring red carotenoid pigment typically found in marine environment. Typically found in marine environment especially seafood & microalgae such as Haematococcus pluvialis. It demonstrates greater antioxidant potential as compared to lycopene, α & β-carotene. It possesses powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiapoptotic properties.

Been taking many products that was told is good for dry eyes but the result was unsatisfactory until a Dr prescribed this to me. Started taking for about 2 months and finds it good cause my eyes are not as dry before which I constantly need to put eye drops. Besides, I also notice my eye bags flatted a lot, may be due to better blood circulation!
