TMI these days but the topic I’ve been chatting about with my friends lately were just about how being a girl is tough 🥹 you get mood swings and you have to live by those moods that you have till the time of the month is over.
I’ve always been a huge advocate on how to relieve PMS symptoms and @healiving.my ‘s Estrofemme Plus has helped me so much for the past month.
I’d usually get pills but I’m happy this is a fruity drink so it tastes good. ALSO, it has also helped in reducing the pms symptoms for me so i highly highlyyyy recommend this.
